What does B"H mean at the top of a page?

Many Jewish people inscribe B"H at the top of a page before beginning to write. This is an act of submission to God's will in all things. B"H stands for "be'ezrat Hashem," which is Hebrew for "With God's help."

Many B'nai Noach have taken up this pious custom.
